I feel that people confuse having a college degree with being intelligent, nothing could be further from the truth.  

Any adult with reasonable intelligence and even moderate powers of observation should realize when a roof is within two years of end of like and a 40 year boiler is in need of replacement.

They may not know the fine details, but they know enough to talk intelligently about it.

Someone who is intelligent, has a great can't lose attitude, and is committed to making our company a successful.

I've known a lot of super intelligent people over the years who have made massive amounts of money only to loose it because they've always had the "broker mentality".
