I see a lot of value in a capital raising workshop, as it seems like this huge bubble over my head and I'm sure I'm not the only one.  

My dad and I actually did the Flipping Formula 3-day workshop last month (that was my introduction to Flipping Houses also...), and looking back, I wish I had not attended.

And there are workshops held in downers grove you can google.

Already looking forward to some local seminars\workshops...anyone know of any good ones please let me know.
