Its a bureaucratic safety net that will give a newbie a really good blue print on dealing with contractors, making a rehab plan, and keeping contractors to a schedule/budget/milestone list.

Education level mostly college (50%+ and 15%+ advanced degrees)B - blue collars hard working middle class.

Rohan Marley - Bob Marley's son.He went on & on about how Jamaica has some of the best coffee in the world (Jamaican Blue Mountain) and how he traveled to Ethiopia (the birthplace of coffee) to learn more about its history.  

He is not all "blue sky" hype and has very impressive credentials.

Once in a blue moon the county will have the owner's name and address listed with the tax parcel info.

Then it may outshine the blue chip areas in appreciation.

Has anyone tried having a "hand-writting" font used when printing envelops and maybe as far as using blue ink?

OR how about inventing a light, just a small one, like a blue star, that you put in your window, to represent your in the neighbor hood watch program...

You might also be able to find something in Blue Bell.Set your priorities about your budget and lifestyle, find a realtor (or two, maybe one in the city and one in the burbs), and start spending time in your target neighborhoods to really get a feel if that's a place you want to live.
