I know there are plenty of people who make money in both HH and Parkway Village/Fox Meadows.

An Ewok village could be cool in a forested place.

Summit county #2 Richfield Village, Twinsburg, Macedonia, Hudson and Stow.   

This is in Nashboro Village (over by the airport close to Antioch). 

Cant recall the name.. but when I built the Village at Rand Road there in Hood river  60% of the commercial space was taken up by Boeing and the engineer types loved living and working there. 

I am communicating with the kids and not the prospects because they of a language barrier.If you want in early somewhere you can get a steal north of indian/west village or try to get a steal along Jefferson east of Indian village but west of the Chrysler plant.

The backside of the mountain is quiet with beautiful views and just a quick drive or shuttle to the village. 

I've been searching in Jefferson Park, Albany Park, Irving Park, Portage Park, Avondale, Pilsen and University Village.

Upstate NY, small village

There is a neighborhood (Golf Manor) that is less than a mile from my house, but I don't invest there anymore (I used to own a rental a long time ago, and it was fine, but it is street by street and it's own village, so you have another annual bill).
