One of the leases signed in February of this year is valid through June 2019.

I of course have validated these numbers and am not worried about anything except the rehab quote from the consultant.

With that in mind I am wondering if my lease is still valid for renewing on a year to year basis after informing my landlord with a +30 day notice that my current roommate is moving out, but that I would like to continue to live here and have a roommate in mind.

Hello,My question is if a quitclaim deed was prepared without the grantor’s physical address (which is not the property being transferred) does that effect the validity of the deed in the state of Alabama?
