If I can get away with jetting it every time there is a sewage back up, then that is what I will do.It seems like the Health Department is trying to force me to undertake the work to replace the line but I don't see how they can do that if someone doesn't have the funds available.On another note, I had to pay for extensive clean up of both my property and surrounding properties where there was sewage overrun.

To write in LLC's as a separate type of structure with their own unique rules would be an undertaking of gargantuan proportions.  

Is it simply a matter of where one feels most comfortable and has most knowledge of or is there some sort of objective analysis one can undertake like "oh in cities with high occupancy you have a better shot at..."?

I'm really shooting from the hip here, but my take is if you want something "prettied up" with nice touches from a graphical program, students might not have access to that software.
