I currently use rentredi and am disappointed in it, I want to switch to STRESSA but find they collect rents into their bank account.Has anyone used RENTREDI accounting software, they want $100.00 per month which i find exesssive.

To make it even worse, my attorney has advised that the 90 days has to be three full calendar months (in his interpretation) - meaning that the 90 days starts from the 1st of the month following your notice to them.

Unless you have a specific monthly target for your payment you can spread that out to make it a Win/Win.There has been a lot of growth in Denver over the last 2-3 years and new builds as well I just closed on a home for a customer in commerce city they also moved from CA and needed a fresh start.

The return on equity is probably very low considering they are paid off so maybe explore refinancing or selling the lowest performing one(s) or your biggest headaches to reinvest in more lucrative deals.I noticed you also used a metric of number of rentals to attain your goal rather than $$$/month.
