I'm second guessing that decision now and would feel a lot better if I paid someone to review things to make sure it is being done correctly since my friend does not do this as his day to day.An agreement was signed prior to my sale, and assignment of the sale contract and escrow sent the proceeds to my friend.

I also suspect you signed a tax proration agreement wherein you agreed any discrepancy in the tax payment would be handled between the buyer and seller and hold the title agent harmless.

Airlines showing signs of weakness which translates into weakness for hotels as well.Refinancing will likely be an issue as loans come due.So just like multifamily and office there will be fallout.
