Just from your reply above I bet getting this weight off your shoulders would be huge for you mentally.

On one hand, a huge burden had been lifted off my shoulder.

Not to bring unnecessary emotional baggage to a business thread, but there is a higher weight on my shoulders to take care of a property that my family worked very hard to get, which is why I cam to this site in the first place.

Renters/hourly workers should not be the ones that shoulder the burden of  this disaster , neither should landlords. and Account Closed thank you for your post.

I agree with @Liam Goble You and your other tenant should not be required to shoulder those decisions.

So many investors raise money for their projects and by doing this you are allowed to look over their shoulder.

This puts the responsibility on the tenants shoulders.

Perhaps you should try to put this stress on property managers' shoulders.
