I think that within the larger presentation/context, you would think it made much more sense...Also, keep in mind that analytics is a purely back-end process -- it's collecting and interpreting data, but not necessarily using the interpretation of the data to optimize front-end processes. 

Their costs is in the community loan, and the sales price is more or less pure profit.

We also buy pure rentals on the side.

And to you rehab fellas, I'm not talking about landscaping for curb appeal, just indoor/outdoor gardening purely for enjoyment!

So, if you're considering putting money in, my opinion is to put it into functional items, not purely aesthetic ones like molding...Just my $.02...

I assume you're talking purely about rentals. 

This is the main reason I wanted to attend a group that meets purely for networking purposes with no costs or pitches.

Just keep in mind that from a purely ethical standpoint, it sounds like you violated the contract you willingly signed and the stated penalty is loss of your EM.

A strategy that makes sense to me is buy on sub 2 and lease long term until the dust settles.Renting on lease and a pure option without the option being a financing device (no rent credits) is a possibility.
