I am definitely not an expert on international investing as a whole though so I agree that it is a great idea to get in touch with someone who has more experience with it!

@Scott Tennell there might be two different definitions here to the PML term.So, if you mean you are reaching out to PML that lend money all the time and have experience doing it - then they will tell you what their requirements are.  

In my experience, Section 8 tenants are low-quality.

The last thing you'd want to have to do is manage your future partner since you question their decision making or experience and you've already invested with them. 

It was a great experience that helped fuel my passion for real estate investing.Recently, I took my real estate journey a step further by earning my broker license!

The experience also underscored the power of strategic pricing in achieving maximum profitability with minimal effort.

If anyone has any experience or success with this, I would greatly appreciate your input. 

My experience says that the smaller the industrial space the greater the demand.
