The thing is, with the foreclosures and cheaper houses building in my neighborhood, I'm looking at  paying about $20,000 with loan if I'm selling through the agent, and that doesn't even include several repairs I need to make (broken window, peeling linoleum, etc..).

In fact, it is probably a great reason to do something and is masking the direction you probably should be going.7) College is worthless.  

Note also that the fascia on the roof line is checked and peeling. 

The interior walls has peeling old paint, and has cracks so it does need patch work (I believe mesh, sand and paint).

It's not just to spy on tenants - it gives them a chance to tell me about anything that's loose, broken, peeling, etc. so that I can get repairs done right away.

Even the ones with easy peel glue seem to turn to concrete with a little sunshine.

So I think what most think of turn key product IE a brand new REhab with a new tenant.. this was not the case.. this looked like most rental houses that have been lived in for a few years.. tenants as we know are not the best at keeping the landscaping cut back and reporting little leaks and  plugs that don't work or facia board that is peeling etc etc.

People wearing masks are in the vast minority, maybe 1 in 100.

Today more madness from contractor sub.The sub came back, I know I should have barred him from doing so.But he had all his materials here.Another part of the remodel is to remove some cheap peel and stick vinyl tiles were over 70 year old asbestos tiles.I wandered into an insane scene a little while ago.

I'd steer clear of peel and stick tiles.
