I’ve heard Detroit is a great spot for REI as well as parts of Ohio.  

I focus on Columbus, Ohio, which has seen significant growth, especially with tech giants like Intel, Meta, Amazon, and Google setting up operations, driving up property prices and job opportunities.

Hocking Hils, Ohio, Black Hills of South Dakota and pretty much anywhere around a national park out west.

I'm interested in making a move into section 8 rental properties and ive been looking throughout ohio and a few other areas which will be remote from me.
