My reasoning is as follows;Working and investing towards one's financial goals merits feelings of achievement, satisfaction and commitment as these goals are achieved.

Hi @Mike Mullins,Both things exist (blue skies and doom/gloom) in the investing world, but I think the Bigger Pockets methods have merit and have been proven by enough people. 

But to directly answer your very simple question; if it's a frivolous claim (which are like unicorns in the real world, they generally only exist in the minds of those that sell LLCs) it's just that frivolous, and won't stand on its own merits, your basic liability insurance will very easily address it.

A PL is someone you personally know who may be willing to lend or invest with you on a project based on a personal relationship and the merit of the deal.  

I suspect that this has some merit.

Sorry but your post has more merit in a conspiracy theory politics forum than anything else. 

So if you have an issue that will effect the price, I want an independent opinion on the merit of their issues....not your "word".

Since the hard money loan is basically cash, the success of the transaction will be based on one important merit, equity position.
