Keeping some liquidity on hand is good and allows you to jump on good investments, but you're implicitly paying an opportunity cost for your money, and at the very least, your cash is eroding at the rate of inflation (historically around 3% a year).

As for the trenchless repairs, I once saw on a television show how they were repairing lines in NY using some type of material that is sprayed into the old pipes and basically forming a new one, eliminating the need to dig up the roads, etc.

Hello,I am very interested in real estate investment but I don't know were to start. people who I have been talking to suggest to do some wholesales to get some liquid then turn around and diverse into other types of real estate investments.
