Sounds like you have taken on a big project for your first one, but that's how we learn.

There is a meetup in the South Bay that happens each month so maybe that's sort of like a REIA, but it's definitely not a place to learn how to flip or be coached. 

We are a team of five employees, and our work involves renting land for a number of years, designing and developing buildings, and managing them—including renting and maintenance.It’s an exciting yet challenging new chapter in my professional journey, and I’m eager to learn and grow alongside all of you.One of my key goals is to modernize our company’s workflow, which is currently reliant on traditional pen-and-paper methods. 

This is a great place to learn and to connect with people so take advantage of all the great resources.

I'm looking to learn more about passive real estate investing, syndications, and other passive or semi-passive streams of income or equity building.

Plus it's a great exercise to ensure you understand each step of the deal, and if there's anything you're missing--something new to learn as well!

I learned that good debt will make me wealthy MUCH faster.

Those people tend to learn the newbies want the world and complain they are not directly talking to the big guy or gal and the salespeople for the course leave and say it's too hard or not what they thought. 

but I think we will get there eventually too and we learned some new skillsets along the way.
