I incorrectly assumed that the flooring replacement would be covered by insurance. 

There were some issues with title when closing, apparently the legal description had been incorrectly recorded for multiple sales and no one had caught it until now.

Dion, you are incorrect.

Not that the previous post is incorrect, I would strongly suggest against doing it yourself.

Dispute any incorrect information.If everything is correct, try working with the creditors who sent you to collections to get your accounts paid off and cleared up.

They are usually income restricted but im assuming (maybe incorrectly) that working for CPS you will not be above the income threshold (some are up to $80,000 a year for a single person).I assume you are paying rent and if you could convert that rent to a mortgage and get DP assistance that might be a viable way to start investing while saving up money.

I think your bad grammar,mis-spellings, and incorrect idiom made my eyes hurt.
