Make sure they have a good source of income, because they are essentially homeless while they look for this new house.  

I too wanted to do something like this but I started from a perspective of homeless ministries.

Seeing as at the moment am homeless an still every young I've set those long term goals.

Secondly, recent studies conducted by the Center for Housing Policy has determined that homelessness is a principle catalyst the drives many first-time offenders to become repeat offenders; "...ex-offenders who are unable to find adequate housing upon their release are more than twice as likely to reoffend as those with stable housing."

Housing capsule Maybe this would help California and other states deal with the homeless problems. 

The locks and door jambs on these properties appear damaged and/or broken, and the padlock is probably in place to keep out the homeless or thieves.So my question is this, if a tax DEED property has obviously been abandoned, but is secured, can you take immediate possession of said property by removing the lock, taking plywood of the windows, etc, without an ejectment action?

(The US average is 35.4)There are homeless and there is a lady who sometimes frequents downtown screaming and yelling, who has tried to break in my son's apartment became she think she owns the building, and has thrown a brick through a window of a downtown restaurant, also because she thinks she owns the building.

I figure it's because I was doing residential and I couldn't deal with threatening people with homelessness. 

We dont know what they're planning to list that home, but my concern is that if they do list their home less than ours, then ours will sit longer, and/or force us to lower the price.

It provided a short term life line to households who would have been homeless otherwise, but it didn’t solve the problem of American households being financially burdened.
