Plus you will have a $6000 stove maybe with an oversized gas line for the 8 burners, probably 15k to 20k for super fancy quartz counters or maybe concrete poured in place counters.OR maybe its a more modest house with good plumbing, foundation, electrical but still needs some roof, and then everything else inside.
