Uncovered/unprotected outdoor storage is a completely different model than self storage. 

We have 300 days of sunshine, amazing access to the outdoors, diverse cultural draws and relatively mild(ish) weather.I sound like a Dept of Commerce ad, but all in all I think it's pretty safe to say that if marijuana were outlawed again tomorrow, we'd have a slight relief in the absolute insanity that is our housing market and an equal amount of relief in the unbelievable traffic issues we're facing right now, but not so much that it will ever go back to the "good ol' days" when an oil and gas bust in the 80s decimated the state.

You don't want someone running a boarding or breeding facility out of your property.If I had SFR rentals with tile/vinyl flooring, and outdoor spaces, I would probably have no problem with it. 

Outdoor pool?

David Shapiro - I am working on a fix and flip property with a disconnected outdoor unit.

I really like the fridge placement- having a fridge close to the door always makes for easy access when unloading groceries and it makes sense for those of us that like to do a lot of out door entertaining.

Our tenant has paid his rent and seemed good thus far, but on the refi we did recently I found out before the inspection that he has 6 cats (3 indoor, 3 out door) that were trashing his unit.
