I'd like to add a second bath and blow up the wall between kitchen and dining to make it more open.

I see groups meeting in the dining area all the time.

Left an apartment full of furniture so I got some TV sets, microwaves, dining room chairs out of it.

The homes I flip tend to be mid high to high end homes and require at minimum that the master bed, living, dining, kitchen and baths be staged.In the past year I've spend well over $30,000 alone staging the homes I've flipped. (3k-5k per property). 

But wanting this house to function perfectly  and be desirable as a single family home if need be.That being said, I designed it in such a way that all 4 bedrooms have an amazing view, yet complete privacy as they can't look at the  other bedrooms and have the feeling of being alone in the desert surrounded by Joshua trees.Every bedroom has it's own bathroom and direct access to the pool, spa and trails directly though  the large sliders located  in each  room.I have a large kitchen, living, dining space in the middle of  he house so everyone can get together to enjoy the view, pool and  outdoors.Of course, a game/yoga room and activities are always a big plus.I hope this somewhat answers your question.
