John, If i was on Facebook i would be able to see it but i am not. it sounds to me like you need dumpsters' ( plural) 30 yards at about $600 a piece, if you have to clean out a whole house, at least 3-4 dumpsters plus your time and your helps time.

AI personally would do the HELOC for 12 months using only what i had to for down payments and pay them back with interest and principle over that time span, then I would refinance each piece.
