We landed on Atlanta because we had some personal interest in the area and the culture. 

Yes there’s a culture that’s prominent here.

I'm so blessed to have worked for some really good investment firms here in LA that maintain a culture of caring about its workers.

Just as you are on your statement about all of their products being cheap and made in China.Not sure what your issue is with the company, or a certain person that irritated you or whatever, but spreading lies and misinformation doesn’t support your case as “fact”, no matter how you want to spin it or place it in a semi-humorous pop culture context.

The leadership team understands that we're the local guys and gals that know the areas, culture, people, etc.

NW Indiana is closer to Chicago in terms of culture and housing stock, with a bigger blue collar employment base and many older bungalow-style SFRs. 

My fear is that all these Californias' will come and change our culture.  

For example, take a look at Midtown, the main culture and nightlife hub of Sacramento where everyone wants to live and you'd die to have a rental in:People are getting robbed left and right!
