I have an existing Scottrade traditional IRA into which I had rolled over my 401(K) from previous employers for consolidation.  

In restrospection, I made several mistakes though I am not yet at a loss owing to investing at the right time.My loan agent (who was with a broker company but recently joined Wells Fargo) is trying to sell me into refinancing and doing a cash out on my primary SFH in order to do loan consolidation.

A debt consolidation is in order IMO.

However, for what you seem to want you could simply consolidate these LLCs under 1 (your WA LLC).
