On the commercial side I fight for every basis point of a commission.Some larger commercial firms take a reduced fee for commission if they are getting a couple hundred million in a portfolio of properties to sell.When I represent buyers I am only getting the benefit of the one transaction they are purchasing unlike the listing brokerage.

The value is really just your client database, but in Ohio that technically belongs to the broker if they've created a brokerage relationship.Also, we're required to have the broker's logo at least as prominent as our name or other branding on the sign.

We are a Brokerage that is... investor friendly.We understand the mindset because... we are all also investors ourselvesA lot of the investors we work with/for found us because we belong to the local REIA's, or were recommended to them by other investors.Check into REIA's in your area...The benefit is... the team.

So who knows where I will end up.I have been researching the topic of "Who to work for as an agent" and came to the conclusion that I need to find a brokerage that offers lots of resources, classes, wisdom, room to grow and reasonable terms.
