@Rahel Ketema we just added mini splits to one of our units in our 180 yr old property in PA.

The lease end date is blank, he rent is blank, clauses blank and blank are eliminated or changed in the following ways, and these clauses are added. 

The house was originally a mobile home that has been added onto and now 'looks' like a normal house.
