I don't imagine the $600/sqft scales linearly.

As my currently month max is $1,800, it's hard to imagine someone renting the top for $3,000 currently.

I would defer anymore investment until they have poured concrete on the plant.

I wouldn’t bother with any court unless you like losing even more money and wasting more time   .must be a nice place that is some incredibly high rent for only 1.5 months .i imagine you shouldn’t  have trouble getting another tenant if it’s that nice .

Anyway, I’d imagine you can also hit up REIAs.

I imagine it is expensive to try and move a 1,000 sq foot property but I also can't imagine an investor can't make some money out of a house when a seller has a deadline and is in a situation where they don't have any other options to sell the property. 

I poured about $25k into the rehab making it worth about $65k-$70k.
