I want to get a good grasp of where to start before considering something big. 

Until you are officially licensed, see if you can at the very least shadow/work for a real estate agent to get a better grasp on the market and what the industry entails.

I like the BRRR method but, despite reading a book on the subject, cannot seem to grasp the refinance portion of the BRRR model.I understand traditional Refi’s and have refinanced both of my properties.

I’m currently a junior in high school and I’ve been listening to the BP podcast for about a year and I’ve also read a handful of books on real estate and I think I have a pretty good grasp of the overall idea.  

Talk to contractors, as many as you can and get a grasp.

A decade of financial chaos followed, leading to the interest rate turnaround in the early 1980s, in part because we had a first term movie star president that really wanted to get re-elected, him being the first person to fully grasp what it meant to be off the gold standard.

It's always a matter of managing risk in this industry and that ever elusive crystal ball is just not ever easy to grasp.

Was curious if there is an order to best read these BP books that way I can efficiently and effectively grasp the concepts and apply.Interested in BRRRR and long distance investing but curious if I should read “rentals” first?  

However, the allegation of mold on her furniture, no heat, no A/C, no ventilation seems like a rantings of someone grasping at straws, especially when the original MLS listing has pics of the interior of the house.
