At my current company we have so many people bring us deals that if I don't have enough info do a desktop analysis from the first email, I can't spend the time meeting or doing drivebys or calling people in the area.

Plus it works on any computer with a browser, no need to install a $300 software suite on every computer and pay $300 a year for a new desktop app that doesn't do anything new except move a few menus around.I switched this year and love it.
