There have been numerous books written by people claiming to have the “magic” formula to sniff out future values.  

For example my nightly minimum is $200 but its listed for $340 a night on airbnb before the cleaning and booking fees are added in other words, i the property, owner get $150 per night from airbnb, vacasa takes $190 per night from airbnb and then charges fees. 

I do not have much knowledge on real estate but I am the hitting  books: BRRRR by David Greene, Estimating Rehab cost by J.Scott, Investing real estate with no/low money down by Brandon Turner and finally, Rental property investing by Brandon Turner.Outside of real estate, I enjoy swimming, bike riding, watching anime, playing video games and interests in the stock/house market.Excited to learn and connect with you all!

Estimating construction and remodeling has been around a long time, people who do this are called estimators.There's books, software and even courses on estimating.

I recently read Cheap Dirt by Beaux Blast and the book inspired me to learn more.

Any recommendations for books or audios on this topic?

The plus side is once you get going it's very beneficial as you should have consistent bookings.

I am 25 years old, since I was 9 my dad made me read the book Rich Dad, Poor Dad, and 1 year an a half ago I was transferred to USA from work, in that book he talks about financial freedom and real state, so  I recently bought the book how to invest in real estate, by Joshua and Brando (I am still on page 120) however with each page my interest increased, which lead me to this forum. 

Continue to educate yourself using books, podcasts, and internet resources.

Never had any issues with the automatic messaging, accidental double bookings, etc.
