Well you'd actually be netting more in the long run by doing so compared to putting it towards the home. 

Of these professional wholesalers, nearly all of them will be well capitalized professional real estate investors or large businesses doing hundreds of deals annually with many years in and around every part of the real estate investment journey.

As I see it, the only ways that real estate pays you well in the first 3-5 years is low to no leverage or a strategy that requires more work (short term rental, mid term rental, rent by the room, etc.).  

There are many who will argue my methods and that's fine, it's worked very well for me and has been extremely rewarding in ways that cannot be compensated monetarily. 

Forming a business to protect my assets is an area I need to gain more knowledge in.

(I'm already seeing this in the towns I am currently invested)I know this hasn't really answered your question but I've been doing this for almost 5 years and it's working out well for me.

They don't communicate well, don't take responsibility for their actions, do not clean or maintain homes well, and will shaft you when it's time to leave.Other than that, it's a pretty good system.

It's a good time to review markets, but living in China there are a lot of other closer, international markets that could be options as well.

There's of course North Myrtle Beach as well. 

It has rented well over the years.
