@GregsRe: Internet access Wifi "child porn" actually happened  my sister-in-law she owned and lived in her 4 plex she offered free internet Wifi to her tenants, they had the sign on code,, they passed it on... to somebody...that guy didn't live there but used their wifi account and was a pervert.So mean while,, everybody in the 4 plex had the cops in each unit, they took all hard drives, laptops, even digital cameras as part of investigation. and it was a huge mess.

To be honest, I was a bit dismayed by the replies so I just drove the twelve hours to show up in person...Unfortunately there are certain generations of people whom I believe see the internet as a marketing tool "to get there name out there" and not a business tool.

Wholesalers try to skirt laws and usually trash standards of ethical  conduct, it's like a back alley drug deal, under  the radar of regulators......and you want to put it on the internet? 

For example, internet connected TV's with Netflix, Xbox for kids and those rainy days, and apple TV etc.  

I have a mentor but he's very old school and doesn't use the internet or fancy things like the calculator.

Also, from discussing with friends and perusing the internet, it seems like Stockton is on an upswing.

We need to find creative ways to get our property in front of students/realtors as most tenants search the Internet and although our property is approximately one mile from campus it does not appear in searches when looking in the specific city because it is actually in a different city!

Welll, Rick, that's a good idea to follow Ken's advice.I seriously doubt you'll find an independent mortgage originator that is compliant, you might find one who thinks they are, but if your note blows up later on, you'll find out.You should get with Ken about MH financing, I don't say that very often about folks on the  internet, so take that for what it's worth, and it's worth a lot!

The unfortunate thing is, far too many unqualified and unknowledgeable people keep perpetuating this crap here and elsewhere on the internet.
