Definitely recommend utilizing FF, Airbnb/VRBO (30+ day stays), Facebook, Zillow, and even Craigslist to find tenants. 

I plan on utilizing RentRedi for that so if anyone has experience using that and can share their story that would be great.

If you are looking to do cost seg utilizing the STR "loophole," then it may put you into a commercial depreciation schedule (39 years) as opposed to a residential schedule (27.5 years).

Locally the COVID relief fund is called CERA and it pays all back rent, 3 months of future rent and utilities.

It's a very unique investment in that I have to pay for all the utilities but the income is very good when the house is full.
