We always leave the a/c on to regulate the temp and keep away humidity in the south. 

I don’t want to waste any more time so I’m trying to sign up at this temp agency for 17.50 an hour full time.

Hello,I would like to replace my old Kohler bath fixtures (faucet,handle or temp regulator , shower head 🚿 with Moen brand fixtures.).I hope the old cartridge is still in tact or I probably may have to replace that as well.Is that doable?

@Robin Morales I started investing in Tempe due to the proximity to Arizona State University ( one of the largest universities in the nation and only continues to grow), then worked my way to Old Town Scottsdale where we have the Entertainment District and lots of local attractions and events.

Depending on the temps, if the AC goes out PM companies treat it as an emergency.  

You will get a higher return for single family homes in the East Valley and  higher returns for small multifamily in Tempe & Scottsdale.

Logistics and details are another story.Is it reasonable to say if I agree to take on the expense of all this work if she agrees to pay for moving/pod + temp relocation?

--Ring Cameras - easy way to monitor driveway, front entrance, etc --Honeywell thermostats - all properties have wifi thermostats that also alert if temp too high or low--Yolink - These water alarm are cheap (poorly made, but they work) and have saved us a couple times with small leaks under sink and water heater.Markets are getting more and more competitive so we have an improvement list per property is a must....each quarter we tackle something if cashflow allows it.
