I use Quicken, but that is because I track other personal information as well...I have tried just about everything, including both quicken desktop/online.Account Closed is spot on in her suggestion.Desktop Pro is great.

Single family residence in Los Angeles (built in 1962) has only 1 covered parking spot, and a second cannot be added.Do I have to comply with current parking requirements (2 spots) to add a detached accessory structure for storage etc.

It used to work wonderfully because I could bounce from computer to phone and not lose my spot.Fyi Youtube is also a good workaround . 8 times out of 10 it saves my spot between computer and phone.

Those C and D class properties are best served to sophisticated local investors. and above all if an investor cannot scale to five properties at the minimum in a two year period. they should not be OOS.You are spot on with this post.

The rest will be difficult and undersirable no matter what, and I offer to let them free and off their lease agreement on the spot as long as they clean up my property and take all of their belongings with them but most cannot afford to move in such short notice.

Because they said they didn't have anywhere to store it and had a plan (they were just waiting for a spot to open up at the facility), I gave them a week to move it.
