At least with oxford house -- the house is self governing meaning house officers make sure all utilities and rent are paid on time. 

I'm getting somewhere in the ballpark of $14ish per sq ft per year for (what I estimate to be) C+ office space. 

Only agents (and maybe loan officers) have an actual understanding of the enormous differences in the skill levels of agents in the industry.

If one of my tenants in my office building asked me to print something off I would be fine with it.

There is an office that is detached from the house that we could make super cute and promote as a private haven for people and do a few more fun things with the large space of the backyard.

@Jake Posner- thanks for the post ...if you plan on needing financing for the rental proeprty - make sure to get  fully pre approved  for the hypotehtical  scenario you are planning ...use a loan officer or lender that is licensed is all the states  you are looking at . thanks
