I recall in a previous thread dealing with unlicensed brokers you commented on the statute, stating the fact that it goes against the grain of "innocent until proven guilty", specifically the part stating it is a presumption by the state that the party was acting, or attempting to act as a broker.

(This isn't a court of law and you are guilty unless proven innocent!)

Even if I were sued, I document everything and obey the law, so I won't be found guilty.
