"Sprinklers" means what is says, all units and garages will have residential grade sprinkler systems installed (residential sprinklers normally have plastic or PVC pipes versus steel that you see in commercial applications).Construction style: 3-story on grade town home, direct access ground floor garage.

Septic is fine, it's just not understood real well because it's a 'country thing' and most people in our society live in big cities.....If you have it inspected and it's fairly new with a plastic tank and a good working leach field, then you'll be fine.

You can wrap the head in plastic (grocery bags) to keep the paint roller from drying out if you have to pause for the evening so you don't have to clean it every day.Happy painting!

-natural maple cabinets will look good even after being banged up a bit-quartz or solid state countertops are durable and relatively cheap-refinishing wood floors and tile in kitchen and bathroom, no vinyl or carpet-tile shower, no plastic surround-pedestal bathroom sink, vanities tend to get water-damaged and gross-grey walls, white trim, white ceilings-I have never had stainless appliances myself, do you think they last as long as white before they look worn?
