I've been reading and listening to the media from bigger pockets for the past 5 years, and at the end of 2017, I pulled the trigger to buy my first rental property. 

Specifically advertising my property, only place I really know to go would be through social media. 

I use a marketing strategy that puts properties across the MLS and all major channels, including social media, craigslist, and the usual Zillow / Trulia etc.
