The other half of the building was a spec, I sold that side also right before drywall ( 60 DOM) 

@Marielle Walter   Lake Co.. next county N. of Napa has reasonable priced lots and more sunshine than any of the bay area counties due to the mayacamas mtn. range keeping the marine layer at bay.
