Before the high and mighty stealing your equity group jumps on me, he literally said to me I just want enough cash to pay for a new pool, there's no such thing as low-balling me (interesting negotiation tactic but I'm not complaining). 

My tenant kept trying to bring up housing code violation, no heat for a few days, gas leak etc etc with bogus documents, literally tried to make it seem like its the most unsafe and hazardous apartment he lives in.. yet its a brand new apartment. 

To the OP @Alexander Vasquez, I got started not much older than you, and literally nobody cared what I looked like. 

All this house stuff literally started three wks ago.

I say this as someone who literally sues people for a living. 

AS many of you know I am not the most tech literate guy on the planet..

Had he worked with us, could've done several of them like my mom in law, and literally made millions.

After doing a quick market research of rents in our area, yes, there are a couple of homes (literally-there are so few homes available here) that are in the price range that he mentioned but they do not have the upgrades and they are in crappy school districts, however we are just under the median for prices in our city.  

If it's literally "let's say a month," I have one in the works right now and the underwriter asked to source the down payment for reasons I'll not bore you with.

I have to force myself to pass tho...there is literally no management in place out here.
