Not a deal at the old man’s price, and units not in great shape.

I like management software that incorporates rent collection because it records their rent payment automatically instead of going through a third party which would cause you to manually enter the rent payment into your accounting software.

I have 4 deals under my belt (with a varying range of success) and have learned lessons from each.I’ve spent the last few years building my family and career and would now like to devote my energy into something that can finance my lifestyle without having to continue working for The Man.  

Apps raiders are going to give you a straight over tackle value whereas the brokers will often incorporate more intuition based on their knowledge of current state of the market.
