Will you refrain from visiting or investing in NYC or LA because of the high crime rate.

Having the GC or someone else upload photos/video after each stage would be ideal.

If your a high income earner living below your means then this isn't a horrible strategy.

Question is, if I have the means to put a high enough down payment on a house to be cash flow positive (assuming my expense estimates are accurate, etc.) is that something that I should do?  

It's a scary high %.
