BP is on my daily checklist of things to do.I'm an agent in the Tampa Bay area but send stuff to wholesalers all over Florida and ask them to do the same.

The hair from pets gets everywhere.]I'm still trying to figure out what the pet penalty for the cat should be, it is in the lease but it says that its up to the landlord to decide what the penalty should be.

Months of hair-pulling root canal-like pain.

As someone that does property management and does rent roll analysis basically daily, giving an incentive to residents is a good thing, it fosters a positive feeling from your residents that they are appreciated and it fosters a positive cash flow for you on time.

The "reporter" mentions the tenants hair dye color 3 times.....for no reason.  

I get paid fairly well, $90,000+ annual salary but I'm just exhausted with the hours, nights, weekends and holidays and stress from daily operations. 

Once those older systems no longer see daily use and sit for years many die off.You need to review the condo budget and see if there have been pluses or losses the last 5 years and if the board is constantly changing over ( instability ).If it is in a bathroom then without a fan could be surface moisture.

Demographics: 3 big neighborhoods surround with 20k+ vehicles passing by on 4-lane daily.  1151 N Loop 336 E Conroe, Tx 77304

This area has the demand, so why manage this thing on a daily basis when you could check in on it once per month and repair less?
