I would see if I could get a few hour extension on the closing from 8am, get the wiring instructions for your closing agent, and do a wire.

They can get extensions to the voucher, so ask at the housing office.Also, the house doesn't need to pass for the voucher expiry date, it merely has to be found and the paperwork started.
