Just make sure to check the box at the bottom next to '203k'Here is the 203k Endorsement Summary Reports (lists 203k lenders by city/region)Your lender is required by FHA rules to select the 203k Consultant .... no need to search for one when your lender is responsible to select them for you.

Like others stated above - If the  property was damaged and under repair then yes you should be able to collect for loss of revenue on that policy.Most commercial policies can include an endorsement for that type of loss but I have not seen a dedicated commercial policy for short term rental from any of the carriers I deal with (yet).I hope that helps.
