Please don't knock on my door while I'm eating dinner.

I'm just thinking with potentially 6-10 ppl staying there that they are going to run out of hot water pretty quickly when everyone is getting ready for dinner. 

It makes Thanksgiving dinners happier events. ;-)The obvious questions are why and why.

Like a feller aboive me said. know what you are doing before you actually do it.I have a solid track record of sellers inviting me for dinners after the deal went through, as we helped them get out of a pickle no real estate agent could fix.

If things "go south" on a transaction, will you still be able to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner with them?
