Try not to buy too much too fast just so you can feel comfortable that the strategy that you're deploying is working as expected.  

I can't imagine why someone would feel comfortable renting a storage space for their vehicle with Neighbor, when there is a chance that the vehicle will be towed during its stay, and that the customer would be on the hook for the towing charges.

We know enough to be comfortable taking on some projects but definitely have a lot of learning to do as far as rehabbing goes.

This home was outside of our comfort zone in terms of cash outlay.

I've always tried to put myself in their shoes and what I would expect. 

People will rightfully assume that you cannot know as much as an older person, you just cannot have that much experience.The best way to gain people's trust is to do a couple deals and get happy satisfied clients who will use you again and refer you to others ......I don't see a shortcut here.Or else you have to have the deal of the century.   .people will sometimes sacrifice their comfort level when there is money to be made..Good for you though for starting so early, just hang in there and don't give up...

I think what appeals to Sacramento is the proximity comfort to Bay Area investors.

If you are comfortable putting out a product that looks like everything else on the market, no reason to hire someone.

As you get further along in your journey, you can start to get more comfortable and give yourself your own unit.  

That's a pretty sizable chunk of money, so my partner and I are trying to think through the best way to structure the selling process, and I'm wondering what you'd do in my shoes.
