Also invest in a Good wet dry vac with the filter bags and vacuum the heck out of the place to suck up the fleas and their eggs.

Opened the ceiling fixed the leak and had to repair the ceiling - under the ceiling where the water collected the floor finish is clearly gone and I believe it is from the leakThe apartment was generally dirty everywhere requiring a vacuum and mopping, I ended up painting the place.THE WORST PART WAS THE GREASE!!

@Al Williamson   I am probably not a representative of the target market.. however I would personally never use one of those for business travel unless  I had an extended stay.. so for me who does not have an expense account to charge too and has to pay 100% of my travel personally.Its like the move  UP in the AIR with Clooney.We are points junkies..I fly only the airlines that I get points on ..

which disappears with lower humiditysource: -personal home: after old people carpet and pad original 70's, changed to wood-rental: cleaned (6 times and made sure to vacuum multiple times) but still smelly; cured by changing carpet and pad.

The handyman said it wasn't an issue, he'd vacuum out mold, he then carried the moldy thing through her house (still full of mold), down the stairs, not covered in a bag.

If your attorney has no advice, then here is what I would do: sounds like your cleaned the carpet yourself with a wet/dry vacuum for carpets.

Keep in mind, it is high pollen season in northern VA....but this inspector told him the ducts are dirty, pointing out wood shavings in the base of the unit...apparently from initial construction...which doesn't make sense, as I personally cleaned/vacuumed out the coils, etc.His e-mail isn't asking for payment, but it is definitely a passive way of asking.
