Often times the investor overpays for a property and then gets mad and blames the PM when they have to do eviction on a tenant(they can't screen them well enough) or they have to get repairs done (the property was perfect when I bought it) etc.So if you purchase correctly then it's all about EXPECTATIONS upfront outlined and defined. The investor says they want A-Z for 7% and the property manager says no way I want 10% to do all that. What rate is this company saying they will manage for anyways??
